David FletcherMD

Dr. David Fletcher is the founder of SafeWorks Illinois. He recently expanded the practice to include immediate care/urgent care services.

Wamaitha Sullivan

Wamaitha Sullivan, DNP, FNP-BC brings 10 years of experience as an APRN in a variety of practice settings.

Kevin Wilson

Kevin Wilson, PA-C, brings the SafeWorks Illinois team nearly 30 years of experience as master’s level physician’s assistant in a variety of practice settings.

Chaley Shipley

Chaley Shipley serves our patients as both an RN and our Executive Clinic Director, managing the day-to-day operations and clinical processes.

James Blatzer

Jim Blatzer, PA-C, is certified through NCCPA and is a certified examiner for the NRCME with an extensive background in both urgent care and occupational medicine.

Matt Dillon

Matt Dillon, Executive Vice President, Finance and Human Resources, brings 20 years of diverse experience in finance and management in a variety of industries.

Tonya Trice

Tonya Trice is our Executive Vice President, Operations for both SafeWorks Illinois and 217 Immediate Care.

Stacy Eichelberger

Stacy Eichelberger is our Executive Administrative Assistant, working with work comp carriers to schedule IMEs, Impairment Ratings and depositions.
