On the same day that workers' compensation experts from around the state gathered at US Cellular Field's Conference Center on February 11, 2010 for the 18th Work Injury Conference: The Reality of Workers' Compensation, Senator Terry Link was introducing Bill SB3829 to amend the Workers' Compensation Act. This bill addresses many of the features of Collectively Bargained Workers' Compensation as discussed by the leaders at the Work Injury Conference. The Bill has been referred to assignments.

At the Conference, Voluntary Collectively Bargained Workers' Compensation was a hot debate.
