SafeWorks Illinois Chicago Office Located With
Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush

(CHICAGO, IL – October 22, 2008) One of Illinois’ leading occupational health services companies, SafeWorks Illinois has opened a new office in Chicago, co-located with Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, to provide patients, physicians, attorneys, and insurance companies specialized services including independent medical exams (IMEs) and litigation consultation with the ultimate goal of return to work and promoting wellness in the workplace. The new Chicago office is in addition to their offices in Champaign and Decatur, Illinois.

The SafeWorks Illinois Chicago office will provide comprehensive services including fitness for duty evaluations, ergonomic assessments for work injury prevention and litigation support services. Being housed with Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, SafeWorks Illinois will have access to their notable physicians and staff offering Fast-Track services to promote speedy recovery for patients.

SafeWorks Illinois’ new office at 800 South Wells is led by Dr. David J. Fletcher, an occupational medicine specialist and noted expert in his field.
